Legal Case.

This part of my blog centres around a legal case against UCW.

In fact, it is not one "case" but several.

They include criminal investigations being carried out by Avon and somerset Constabulary (Which I am not at liberty to discuss) and civil cases.

The civil cases are:

The Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977

Basically, the refusal (and even requirement) of a reference from the University is unlawful. I call it having to “kiss the tutor’s arses” - but basically it is unlawful to put that into any for of contract.

The Unfair Contract Consumer Terms Ragulations 1999 (And subsequent revision and replacement.)

A different way at looking at the Unfair Contract Terms Act.

The Consumer Rights Act 2015

Another different way at looking at the Unfair Contract Terms Act.

The Tort of Negligence.

The Tort of Negligence is a legal wrong that is suffered by someone at the hands of another who fails to take proper care to avoid what a reasonable person would regard as a foreseeable risk. In many cases there will be a contractual relationship (express or implied) between the parties involved, such as that of doctor and patient, employer and employee, bank and customer, and until relatively recently it was necessary for such a contractual relationship to exist in order for a claim for negligence to succeed.

The protection from Harassment Act 1997.

The aim of this bill is to protect the victims of harassment. It will protect all such victims whatever the source of the harassment. This included behaviour of both my abuser, and the staff at UCW who have supported her in her abuse.

Defamation.

Defamation (Libel and Slander) is the action of damaging the good reputation of someone. My abuser, Sadie Skellon, and others within UCW have committed various acts of defamation in an attempt to justify their actions.

Hate Crime.

A hate crime is one which is motivated by prejudice on the basis of AGE, religion, sexual orientation or other grounds.

Discrimination against someone with a protected status under the Equality Act

I have a disability (PTSD) I have been discriminated over this, as at times, the symptoms of PTSD have intruded into my life BECAUSE of the harassment and threats made by my abuser and UCW.
