"Rush Hour" Where are the people at? Most of these shots were taken between 8:30 and 9:30. The three at the end, with the pier in it, were at about 4:00ish but the first set was set during the time predominantly known as the "Rush Hour" - yet most of these images are pretty poorly populated.
